G-LEAP is an Android based e-learning solution developed by Grameen Foundation, specially designed for organisations to undertake remote Learning and Development practices. It is designed specifically for the last mile/Field executives for self-learning and use as a job aid. Therefore, basic literacy levels of mobile phone usage and primary education is required. It is based on the Open Source Moodle platform and works in both Online and Offline mode. It deploys content features like text, graphics and videos for effective learning. Grameen uses human-centered design and business model innovation to develop solutions that address needs, barriers and preferences of poor, rural women and their households.
